Warm Beds for Shelter Animals
Many homeless animals in shelters often wind up sleeping on cold kennel floors, old towels, or whatever a shelter is able to provide on top of their basic expenses for food, water, and medical care. But giving even small comfort to scared, homeless dogs and cats can have a positive effect on their behavior and anxiety levels, and by doing so, increase their chances for adoption.
You can help provide brand-new, comfortable, warm, soft fleece pet beds for cats and dogs awaiting their forever homes in shelters across the country.
The beds are made with “Unreal Lambskin®”, a durable, comfortable synthetic fleece with a thick pile that gives pets a soft cushion to lie on. Lock-stitch backing keeps the material from unraveling or shedding. Urine drains through the backing, keeping fleece fibers–and pets–dryer and cleaner. The material is non-allergenic, stain resistant, machine washable, and dryer safe–perfect for shelters!
Your kindness will go a long way — $10 provides one shelter bed; $30 provides five shelter beds; and $55 protects ten homeless animals from a bare, hard floor.
